looking for different ways to scramble them. the past 2 weeks it's been salsa and hot sauce with some cheese added. i like spicy food, so it's good for now, but eventually i'll get sick of it.

plus i make a wicked spaghetti sauce. made 3 gallons of it last sunday. got 12 dinner's worth of sauce out of it, all in the freezer. good stuff

aerojaxx - havn't tried it yet. i think i'm going to try a little bit mixed together today and see what happens. no mushrooms for me. i'll definetly let you know how it turns out.

it's not that bad actually. i did a test with one egg, sauce, and cheese and it seemed ok. eating a bowl of it now.

this isn't something that i'd eat every day, however, it's something that i think is a good "every now and then" type thing. of course, my home made sauce is what's making it good. i think this would taste like shit if i used a store bought sauce.

needs more meat in it. then it'd be really good. i think the meatsauce omlette that jerkbox proposed sounds a bit better.
