i'm doin a sust 10 week cycle of 250 mg and 6 weeks of dbol at 25 mg ed, i dont want to overtrain or undertrain, what is best to do, 3 days on 1 day off? monday thru friday 5 days workin very mussle once or twice a week? please tell me what u do or what u think i should do, i am very young so i heal up quickly. idk how much to do and how often while on sust n dbol, first cycle.
 
Only you can decide that. Some will work 2 on and 1 off (which is me) and other are 3 on and 1 off. Your body will tell you what is best. The amount of training is also based on your body, arms shouldn't be done alot since almost most exercises use parts of the arms, hence, they take longer to recover. Most people will work a body area once a week but again, it is up to your body.
 
yeah, i think i am going to start doing monday chest tuesday bis wednesday legs and shoulders thursday triceps friday back. 2 days rest on the weekend. this sound like enough or not enough, maybe instead i should workout 3 days on 2 days off 1st day chest tris 2nd day back bis 3rd day legs shoulder, 2 day break and go again.
