You did the right thing by running. This is a good reason for doing regular cardio. It sucks that you can't own guns in Canada. The damned hippies are trying to ban them here in the states. I live in the deep south, so the gun laws aren't too bad down here. This story reinforces my belief that the "war on drugs" should be directed at hard drugs... the addictive ones that create criminals, not on roids and reefer.
