Ok bros, quick question. I've been on a year long cut....down to 6% and just overall skinny (weak)....my test results came back low (sub 200) but I havent been ON for years......I think its due to my my overtraining and over cardio+low cals. (2x a day training, etc)........my fear is now, that if I jack the cals, It'll all go to fat since y test is already low. Will my test come back with the help of trib and oxo, while decreasing the training to 3-4 times a week and maybe just a slow, 1/2 walk with the pooch in the morning (instead of 65-75%) cardio? Will I make good gains with a clean diet even though my test is low, or will it be stored??? Thanks bros.
 
I would run a course of PCT as a last resort. I doubt this will help though, your body should return to normal even if your PCT was shitty within a year max.

If the PCT doesn't work, you should look into HRT.

What kind of cycles did you do? What did your PCT look like for each? HOw long did you break between cycles?
 
If I got back on, maybe like 250g fir 10-12 and ran a solid pct, would this do it???


Is it possible that it will rebound with 6-oxo and trib as long as I quite overtraing and crank up my cals?

Will the excess cals just be stored as bf, since my test is currently low.

I would start clomid-hcg and nolvadex for a month or two to see what happens. Get your blood work done a few weeks at least after your done with that to see if their is any difference. At least geton some nolvadex or clomid..

Up your fat's. You body needs them to produce test. Plus if you have been dieting that long a bump in cals will kickstart your metabolism. Cut the cardio as the overtraining is hurting your natural test production as well.

I agree with this. I would also run some clomid and nolva.
 
I would not touch any juice right now.. Try to get back "normal" before you go supressing any more natural test production!

I would do the following:

Up the good fats, Run HCG at 1000iu's M-W-F for 3 weeks. I would wait until you finish the HCG and then run Nolva at 20mg ED for 5 weeks and Clomid for 3 weeks. Run the Nolva and Clomid at the same time, running the Nolva for 2 weeks past the Clomid. I would wait one week after you finish that and go get blood work.

If that does not get you back in line - see and endo.. Stay away from the Juice unless you want to be on HRT for the rest of your life..
 
good stuff bros....my fat intake has now been cranked.....one question I cant find the answer to......dumb, but no one knows....how many peanuts make up a tb of peanut butter? Seriously, if you had a shelled peanut (2 nuts in a shell) how many would equal a tb of anpb? Much k.

The only way to figure that out would be to weigh the 2 peanuts. Then weigh the tbsp. of peanut butter and divide by 2. Eat a handfull and your good to go! Much less trouble

I think I should be able to increase my test levels by toning down the cardio to maybe a walk for 30 mins and jacking the fats from about 20-30 to 90-10 with the help of trib and 6oxo.........then, once I start gaining weight, I know it's back......THEN we can talk gear.....damn, Ive jus had so much trouble lately....never shoulda have competed in that friggn tri.....that set this whole damn thin off....I was 225 4 years ago and decently solid......lost about 40lbs over 2 years of training.
 
It's all good you will get back. A few off days in a row may do you some good, eat and don't worry about the cals it should help.
 
id wait on the hcg and use it as an absolute last resort, i dont ever run hcg during cycle cuz i want my body to be "strange" to it before i use it it is easy to get immune to hcg and then ur fukked id use it as a last resort bro most endos would prolly put u on it but if ur body already knows about it than it wont be that effective if at all
 
It really just sounds like you are run down. You need sleep and lots of it, and more moderation of the aerobic activity.

Trib and ZMA and even DHEA are good test boosters, I would give that a shot alogn with the above.

HCG, Nolva and Clomid? It may work, but it seems kind of nuts to use PCT drugs when you weren't on any gear.
