On monday i will take my first injection of DECA. i will inject 300mg in the ass. i am so scared i will hit a nerve or a vein or something! i am also scared about gyno. i hope it doesnt hurt! should i do my first injection or should i have a friend do it? so do you guys have any advice?

thanx

The best advice I can give you is to RELAX, if you like you could have a friend inject you for the first time, I did my own first injection and had not problems. Everyone gets a little freaked there first time but when it is over you realize how easy it is. Go to www.elitefitness.com/members/2thick/ for all your injection info. E-Mail or PM me if you have any ?'s. Good Luck!

Go to 2thicks site, and read it until you know exactly where to inject. Go over it in your mind, and think about what this will achieve.

Good luck, I know it was one of the toughest things I ever did. Words could not express how fearful I have ALWAYS been of needles.

DON'T WORRY! AFTER YOUR FIRST FEW INJECTIONS YOU'LL FEEL SORRY FOR HAVNG POSTED THIS. IT'LL GET EASIER EACH TIME. YOU'LL ACTUALLY START TO LOOK FORWARD TO THE NEXT TIME YOU CAN SHOOT.

GOOD LUCK

my first injection was so scary i almost shit my pants. bro id recommend you have a friend do it. deca is pretty much painless so i wouldnt worry about pain. hitting a nerve or something is impossible if your friend knows where he is aiming. upper outside quadrant...remember that. inject to close in and you might jump through the roof from the pain.

Relax and maintain sterlie technique, be sure and aspirate, check for blood.

We are scared the first time, no one is scared the second.

REMEMBER it is harmless and extremely effective if done correctly.2thicks site is excellent.Do it correctly and you will be fine.Good luck.

Shit you people, I am 19 and I still get tears in my eyes when I get shots...of course its the anticipation, not the pain.
