how do i go about e-mailing a mod with a question

i dont know if i am out of line for asking this on here but i figure give it a shot.....someone on the site had recomended XXX any info on him or anything?

Please edit out this site before a mod sees it & bans you. Read the stickys & you'll know that this is unacceptable. If you want to do a source check, secure-email a mod.

PM a mod (find one at the bottom right hand corner of the page...shows which mods are logged on...just pick one). PM him/her & tell them you want to do a source check...if they're willing, they should give you a secure email addy.

Or you can just take their username and add @elitefitness.com 95% of the time and get an answer back.

Better to go right through the secure email then have to PM them...

PLEASE DONT listen to this advice...

There have been NUMEROUS sources who had IMPOSTERS use email addys with SLIGHT VARIANCES on them and scammed people under those variant email addies

Those times COULD have been avoided if people had paid a bit closer attention to WHO EXACTLY they were emailing....
