Scalp acne

Ever since I started pct my scalp has Brocken out in acne and it's driving me nuts . I got maybe three or four on my face and back and shoulders on course but as soon as I started pct scalp broke out bad iv tried nyzoral and other stuff even washed my hair with antibacterial face wash for a week no good if any one can steer me to a good product I can try would be much appreciated
