scale to measure powders?

Can anyone post a link to a scale to measure powders off ebay? I see lots of them however most say 1/10 of gram accuracy and don't show the readout in mg's so I don't know what I am looking for. I am looking for a cheap one. I found one that does 1/20 of a gram accuracy. heres the link.
