Saying Hello

Hey everyone I just wanted to say hello, I am pretty new here, this is my first post. I have been lifting for a little under a year, and turning 21 this week. Before I started working out I was a poor slob at 186 lbs and 5'9 in height, after all this time of proper nutrition and lifting, I am a solid 159 , I am really starting to plateau on some stuff, I work out 5 days a week and cannot decide if I will ever want to try the juice, I am on the fence about it. It tempts me a lot though...well sorry for yipping ears off, just saying hello and a little about me
 
Thanks everyone for the welcome, I like it here already, lots of people know a lot, I had no idea how many factors there are....or how little I knew about lifting in general
