Yeah...Quad is a massive beast...you should see him train...he is one of the guys i saw at the gym when i started at 13 which made me want to be huge...his intensity is great, and he really knows the game to...he even judges some contests. I don't have pics because I don't need any; see him at the gym any time I want.
