inquiries on the subject have led 2 more confusion. some people say a sauna is good during a juice cycle, others say it reduces the effect of your precious and pricey roids. which is true and which is bolucks?
Saunas aren't good for you overall...I don't know about the specific effect while on juice...I doubt it has any effect on your cycle...But I don't recommend using the sauna, especially post-workout.
What do you want info on? Ask a question. A sauna will not effect your cycle in any way (as far as chemicals go)...The only thing it will do is promote water loss----->dehydration------>poor muscle performance.
Sauna should not be used after a workout. Blood is already being redirected mostly to your muscles during a workout, and away from the brain, GI, and other key areas. When you get into a sauna post-workout, you are now redirecting the blood to the surface of the skin because of the heat. So most of your blood is going to your skin and muscles...not good for the rest of your body...has been known to make people pass out...not to mention in the increased water loss, which also effects blood flow, etc...
