Just moved into a new house and there inst cable ran to the neighborhood and looking into getting a sat system. i was into sat systems a few years ago direct tv and i came across a few hacked cards and this little box i hooked up to my comp that magically fixed these football cards i ran across on ebay. well long story short looking to buy a system that a can get another magical box to work on the cards again. what company is better or easier to hack direct tv or dish network?

Here's the deal on those cards dude. Basically throw them away. Everything from dish and direct has the cards built in these days. The cards were from the analog days, everything now is full on digital. If you found an old reciver that the cards would be compatible with, they would have it deactivated with in a month. They have departments that do nothing but monitor the different frequiencies (sp) and look for these pirated cards. And if you get caught with one, it's now a federal offence in the USA.

As far as who is better who knows. Dish has more sat's in the air and more channels. But Direct is cheaper and has better customer service IMO.

Just research price and packages. Good luck dude.

the new dish net hack isnt a card its a rework of the entire reciever and works very well

Direct TV no longer hackable but from what I understand Dish is still hackable. Look in to FTA, Free To Air.
