Sat. morning workout!

Today was going to be my first weekend workout since my gym moved to a new building. I turned down the road leading to my gym and I see cars parked on the side of the road. Not a good sign. As I get to the parking lot it is packed, with people parking in the lanes. So I circled the lot and decided that I'm going to have to figure out how to schedule my workouts during the week.


But the good news is my gym is the new in spot on that side of town. I'm soooooooo thrilled. :smash: :rolleyes:
 
friggin tried. woke up and felt extra achy and my back was really killing me. did a few sets of hypers when I realized I am all of a sudden real sick. my entire body ached but my injuries were magnified big time. did a few sets of lat pulldowns and went home to sleep it off

Have to put off training until tonite.

I woke up w/ such bad allergies that I basically have to wash evrything I own & vaccuum everything I own to get the cat hair picked up.

Also going to do some touch up painting while the furniture is being shuffled around to clean.
 
i went at 9:30 and got back a bit ago.. did my legs and shoulders.. but got caught chit chatting a bit

im a fucking lazy ass today..cmon..redbull/vodkas and jaeger bombs all night.
 
I jsut woke up a little bit a go. I'm eating a brown rice, spinach, bell peppers, feta cheese, egg white omeltte, gonna wait about an hor then head tothe gym. Gonna do some cardio, abs and light arms and chest work.
 
going in a couple hours... todays just lower body with a few sets of cleans tossed in their

fuckin gym is still packed with new years/ spring break ppl tho

i cant believe people lift on weekends..that is just too insane to me
 
Drank a bottle of wine last nite + a single serve bottle....so I was pretty hung over this morning - couldn't wake up + a bad headache....ugh!!

Took an energy supp which perked me up BIG TIME - so I was able to walk up to the gym & get my legs & abs done.....sweeeeeet!!
 
i did sqauts, leg curls and extensions at 8:00am today...

then did a quick blood flowing routine for back and bis... Hammer Rows, Dumbbell shrugs, and preacher curls...
 
i applaud you people..i cant even cook on weekends..i go out to eat..thats how lazy i am when it turns saturday...or even friday afternoon....fuck it who am i kidding, friday morning i give up on doing anything in the gym

im the same way, weekend comes and i most eat out and avoid anything that I dont feel like doing

Im not a trainer, i just refuse to workout w/someone that doesnt have a decentt deadlift... say 650??? :FRlol:

you got me there. im not allowed to weigh more than 190-200 for my job..

(i stand on children while changing light bulbs at the local school for the blind)

Tae Kwon Do is a fine art of you only want to do stand up. Once I come in on you or take you to the ground it's a whole different ballgame. I could use a new sparring partner.
