I've got to say i'm a little disappointed in his latest effort. I'm just not sure where he was intending on going with this EP, other than to say that it certainly is nothing more than 'nice' listening IMO. I mean it's not bad, but it just isn't the Sasha i know.

What do you all think of it?

It's better than Starry-Eyed Surprise.

It's a lot more to the downtempo side of things, and I dig it. A far cry from GU:Ibiza, or even the Xpander EP, but it's awesome in its own right.

Then again, my tastes are pretty eclectic.

I was never it Digweed before...but then I started downloading his Kiss100 shows...now I am a complete addict. It takes a few listenings though...

Actually, I think some of the S&D compilations were the worst of both their careers..

I own the entire Northern Exposure series, and as much as I *love* Sasha, and like Diggers, the NE series is pretty bad as a whole, especially the later entries into the series.

Sasha is definitely the stronger of the two, imho.

When the two of them made their living only fro DJing, they were fucking brilliant. Some of their sets, particularly Sasha, were mind fucking. But, like many, they now make shitloads more from production and just don't seem that interested in DJing anymore which is reflected in their sets now. You can't blame them.
