20mg per day on the GW for 8-12 weeks
50mg per day on S4 for 8-12 weeks

Thanks for the input guys. Do you take it in morning or evening? empty stomach? Can I use a plastic syringe and combine both in a medicine cup or should I take them individually? I just got them yesterday so I'm anxious to get started!

You can take what ever time of the day.. I personally do mime in the morning. Empty stomach is fine and jist use a plastic ml dropper from walgreens. Dont mix, take individually

Whatever works best for you bro. Doesnt really matter

I mix my triple stack in one plastic syringe and take it all at once. Is that not a good idea?
