Sarms Stack Help

Hey Guys so I am new to the whole sarms thing.

First can someone clue me into a good sarm cycle That I might be able to run enbetween cycles to keep it going.

How long can you run sarms without being shut down?

Do you need support supps with Sarms?

Any negative side effects of sarms?

What are the best compounds to stack for cutting/bulking?
 
I'm about to start a sarms stack myself...but to answer a couple of your questions, Most cycles are 6-8 weeks long. S4 is great for cutting...while mk2866 is more for lean bulk. Don't forget about my favorite GW for a good boost in endurance!

okay bro.... here you go

1-8 ostarine (mk2866) 25 mg a day, dosed once in the a.m.
1-8 s4 50 mg day dosed twice 25mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 6 hours later
1-8 gw501516 10 mg day dosed twice 5 mg in the a.m. and 5 mg twelve hours later
1-8 hcgenerate
1-8 forma stanzol
1-11 creatine nitrate
1-11 need2slin

this is pretty similar to what i am running except i am also using albuterol and tb-500... the tb has really helped with nagging injuries and i am using the albuterol for extra shred... that is entirely up to you...

mini pct
9-11 unleashed/post cycle combo
9-11 bridge (double dosed)

the main side effect that you need to be cautious of will come from s4... s4 is the best sarm in my opinion but also comes with the biggest side effect... s4 can cause some vision side effects... this is a night vision issue... it can cause you to see a yellow tint or have trouble adjusting to the light... basically s4 can bind to the receptor in your eye... it effects everyone differently... some people get it at only 50 mg while others can go up to 100 mg without much issue... you have to dose it properly to assess your tolerance... 75 mg is the sweet spot but you have to increase your dosage with care and precision... i made a thread on exactly how to do this... http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/anabolic-steroids/how-properly-dose-s4-931903.html... read that and it will guide you on how to dose it properly throughout 8 weeks...

sarms can cause slight suppression... s4 is the main culprit of that but ostarine use over an 8 week period can be slightly suppressive... thus, the use of hcgenerate on cycle will keep that to a minimum... only a mini pct is required and no serm is required... recovery is very quick and only one week off is needed after your mini pct before you could run another cycle...

i recommend forma for some of the cycle at least on your first use... gyno issue from ostarine is very rare and most of those occurrences are from people who are wreckless with their dosage and exceed 25mg a day... you should not exceed 25 mg a day... forma is not absolutely necessary on cycle... its up to you...

sarms are excellent... i feel my best when i am on them... they just need to be dosed properly... i recommend either uniquemicals or sarmsearch... i always use uniquemicals and have had excellent results...

The first 4 of those are exactly what I'm running and I'm lovingit so far. Dylan, why are you dosing GW twice daily? Short half life?

^ I plan on doing a better, more thorough log this winter on just OSTA once I'm able to fully stick to a schedule as well.
 
I cut my last one short because of some broken ribs but will be kicking another off monday:)
