Hey where do you need to be to start this? I mean like at what bf% or workout experience wise? I'm just reading and it seems like it should be treated as gear?

Sarms are more of a stepping stone towards going into a full AAS cycle. We are more lenient to recommend a sarms stack to someone before any AAS because of the very low sides and minimal shutdown.

You should still always have a good muscular base and be in decent shape body fat wise before even running SARMS

if you feel you are a real begginer. just drop the s4 is more suppressive then osta and can give more side effects..also it is a compound that is more benficial for people at lower bodyfat percentages.

gw and osta will add in fat loss a great deal and hold muscle when losing body fat in a calorie deficit, which otherwise you could lose a great deal of

You can run sarms instead of AAS, especially as your first cycle. A general start is Ostarine (MK-2866) @ 25mgs/ED with Cardarine (GW-501516) 20mgs/ED.

ok so i did a lot of reading and i'm going based of this article "The SARMS triple stack protocol". so i wanted to do gear right, but i figure i should go and do this since it's supposedly great for first cycle. anyways i'm following this article written by dylan and seems like its nearly $600 bucks for two months worth of stuff.

1-8 osta 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-8 s4 split doses… 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-8 gw 20 mg day… split doses 12 hours apart
1-8 hcgenerate

alright so first off how much of the hcgenerate am i suppose to use? i didn't see dosage information anywhere, not on bottle either.
