I've been on TRT for about 5 yrs and have cycled with PH's in the past with good results. (Epi, dmz and powerdrol). Been lifting most adult life and my goal this run is to recomp. Starting right after New Years I plan to run this cycle:
1-8 Sarms1 osta @25mgs/day
1-8 Sarms1 GW @20mgs/day
1-8 test cyp @200mgs/week
3-6 helladrol @50mgs and methylstenbolone @12mgs/day (Preditor Plexx)
N2guard
Fish oil
Daily vit.
Pct will consist of just continuing my TRT and taking N2guard for an additional 3 wks.
That's the way I've dome it in the past and blood work always came back with no issues.
Diet will consist mostly of whole food protein sources. Chicken, fish, lean red meat and eggs. Carbs to come from sweet potato, veggies, oatmeal and some fruits. Protein shakes before and after workouts.
Workout will be typical push/pull/shoulders/legs(abs with shoulders and legs).
Cardio will be 3-5 miles on treadmill along with kettle all swings and Burpies everyday but leg day
I look forward to any input/criticism.
