Sarms Log with LGD, S-4, GW, MK-677

What's up guys.. the following will be my log of the SARMS stack that I just started today. Will be doing weakly updates on progress for anybody that would like to follow along.

STATS:

Age: 27
Height: 5'11
Weight: 242, LBM 207
Body Fat: ~ 16%

The goal for this stack is to further reduce body fat, while maintaining, and maybe even gaining LBM. Hoping to be down to around single digit body fat when everything is done and over.

LAYOUT:

1-12 LGD-4033 6-8 mg/day
1-12 S-4 50-75 mg/day
1-12 GW-50156 20 mg/day
1-12 MK-677 25 mg/day

Everything comes from Sarms Search except the MK-677, which I got from Great White Peptides. I will start the LGD and S-4 dose low and gradually increase the dosage until reaching the max dose. I have some MK-2877 as well that I will be using in PCT.

Along with the SARMS I will be running Test Stack No. 17 and Unleashed, both at 1 serving per day. And will add in D-Spark the last 8 weeks of the stack.

Other Supplements: GEAR, L-Carnitine, CLA, BCAAs, Amino Acids, HMB, Glutamine, Creatine, Animal Pak, Animal Flex, Animal PM, Probiotic, ZMA, Fish Oil, Fitness Fiber, Beta-Alanine, Vitamin C, B-Complex, and Assault

DIET:

I will be eating at maintenance, which is right around 2900 calories a day. I will adjust this as I feel necessary, just want slow and steady fat loss, nothing drastic. Looking to be losing .5 - 1 pound per week. Typical macro layout with High protein, with Moderate carbs, and fats. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

TRAINING:

Will be lifting heavy with moderate reps on compound lifts, with lots of super sets and drop sets. 1 body part per day. Will be doing early morning fasted cardio most mornings, and light cardio after workouts. On off days from the weight room I will be doing HIIT cardio sessions. I also play Basketball a few times per week.

I don't know what my max lifts are, but here is what I did for reps on my last set for main lifts last week.

Flat Bench - 295 x 8
Squat - 380 x 8
Deadlift - 405 x 8

Well.. here it is. Any questions or comments are welcome. Will be updating this weekly with weight and training updates. And will update LBM and body fat% every 4-5 weeks.

def subed for this, 12 weeks for s4 and lgd seems a bit long ive only ever heard of them being ran for 8 weeks!! could be wrong tho
 
I had another thread with the layout in it. Dylan chimed in a bit. 12 weeks is the max to run them.. and I all about pushing things to the max. I have a full and thorough PCT planned, so i don't think 12 weeks will be to much of a problem. If results start to noticeably diminish then I will certainly cut it short.

Just a brief update..

This morning I did my first HIIT cardio session while on SARMS and GW. The workout was 6, 120 yard sprints with about 60-90 seconds in between. Maybe it was a slight placebo effect.. but the cardio sucked a lot less than it usually does.
 
I logged Lgd, s4 and mk677 and i was very impressed with the results. If the gwp mk 677 is legit you should notice an increase in hunger from the ghrelin hormone release in the stomach. I had hunger pains all day on that stuff
 
I am eating a good amount of food, even for "cutting" purposes. Have not noticed any hunger pains yet, but being 3 days in.. obviously it is too soon to tell.. though I have noticed an increase in endurance already.

not a whole lot to report at the moment. Still in the first week of the stack. I will update my weight and training results on sunday. The added endurance though has been crazy. Played basketball last night and I never got tired, or even out of breath. Can also notice the added endurance with the weight training. On chest day after my last set of 295, I did a drop set down to 225 and repped that until failure. Usually get anywhere from 5-8 reps.. but got 11 this time. It's like the reps just keep coming. I see big things as the stack progresses.

I am waiting for SS to release their MK-677 so I can get that and will know it's quality.
 
Here is another real quick update. The increased endurance is just crazy from this, and it comes on quick. I wasn't out of shape in the terms of cardio by any means, but I wasn't about ready to go run a 5k either. Well my first HIIT cardio session of the week went awesome, I played basketball last night and never really felt fatigued or out of breath (and this is competitive basketball) and this morning I did another HIIT cardio session and when I was done.. I was like "is that it." I blew my training partner out of the water, who is smaller and I would say in much better cardiovascular shape than me. Also notice the effects while lifting weights, it's like the reps just keep on coming and coming. I have an overall feeling of well being.. just feel good all the time. Kind of euphoric. And this is all less than a week into it.

I am waiting for SS to release their MK-677. I just have a feeling, based on a previous post about GWP products, that theirs isn't what it really is. Maybe it is g2g, but I just want to be assured that I am using a quality product. Will also be throwing some albuterol into the stack starting at 12 mg a day and building up to 16.
 
Well here is the one week up date.

Everything is going good so far. My starting weight was 242, and this morning I weighed in at 233. I know that most likely is from water and not necessarily fat or muscle tissue. Regardless though, 9 pounds is a little too much per week for my liking. I will leave my diet the same, but if I have a large amount of weight loss this next week then I will bump my calories up. I am looking to lose about a pound a week.. not 9.

I have not seen an increase in strength yet, but have noticed a big increase in endurance, both during cardio and weight training. The weight training is a little hard to explain. The initial set is about the same, but when I incorporate a drop set or super set, the reps just keep on coming. For example, on chest day, my last set of flat bench I got 295 for a set of 9. When done with the last set, I strip the weight down to 225 and rep it until failure. Usually I can pump it out 5-8 times.. but this time I got it 11. That is a big jump imo. This also happened with drop sets with back and legs.

Finally, I feel great. I have that naturally high you get after training almost all day. I am only a week in, and I am already very pleased with the results. Excited to see where the progress is 10 weeks from now.
 
If my LBM goes up a few pounds I'd be happy with a 9 pound weight loss. Ideally looking for 12-15 pound weight loss total with the same or a bit more LBM.

CHEST DAY UPDATE.

Today I was feeling good, decided to bump the weight up on the last set. Got 300 pounds on flat bench for a set of 6. Was going for 8 but cannot complain. Previous to this, the most I had ever benched 300 was 4 times. Then I dropped the weight to 225 and repped it out 9 times. This was my second chest workout while on the SARMS stack, and already made strength gains and have a noticeable gain in muscle endurance.
 
Here is the 2 week update.

On Sunday I weighed in at 228, which would be another 5 pounds. 14 pounds all together in just 2 weeks. I think it has a lot to do with my workout load and how many calories I am burning doing that. Combined with the SARMS.. it would seem I am melting away. Going to bump my calories up about 200-300 calories a day to see if I can slow the weight loss down a bit.

Workouts are going great, lifts have all gone up a little bit. Muscular and cardio endurance are through the roof at the moment. I wasn't in bad shape by any means before I started this, but now I feel like I would win a 5k race with ease. I have actually been looking forward to my HIIT cardio days. Just been feeling good and motivated.

This is awesome! I'm all about SarmsSearch logs, always fun to read. MK677 will be available soon, I'll be logging my experiences with it, interested to see how it treats you.
 
How come your running LGD and osta?
I thought there would be no need for the osta with LGD being a much stronger version.
But I guess it doesn't hurt to.
 
LGD is different then Osta. I also thought it was Ostarine, just modified, but found out different

Well.. this is the 3 week update and all I really have to say is this shits for real. Even after bumping my calories up I am still down another 5 pounds. Making it 19 pounds in 3 weeks. I will bump the calories up once more this week to try to get more of a gradually weight loss.. see if I can even out a bit. That said, even with the big weight loss number, my strength has gone up. Muscular and cardio endurance is just insane. Right now it really seems like the fat is melting away. Maybe at the end of this I will be one ripped mofo. We'll see. Currently on 6 mg of LGD, 20 mg of GW-60, 50 mg of S4, and 25 mg of MK-677 a day. Will be bumping the LGD and S-4 dosages up pretty soon after the 4 week mark. I am not sure about the MK-677 yet. Can't wait for SS to release theirs so I can give that a try.

Next week I will get officially measured and update changes in body fat % and LBM. Also will provide some pics so yall can see the physical progress.

So far this stack has been worth every penny.

This stuff is definitely worth every penny. I am pretty sure that I am very close to single digit body fat already.. which far ahead of schedule.
 
I don't have any "before" pics to compare this too.. because I was too self conscious to take a pictures with my shirt off. But here is a most recent picture taken yesterday.. now have the confidence to pose in my underwear.

If you had to guess, what would you say my body fat is at?

I've been running GW from SS about a month, and the quality is absolutely amazing. I really love GW and have done multiple runs with it trying out different sources, and so far SS definitely takes the first place for quality of their GW.
I also got nice surprise in mail last week; customs had been doing lab analysis of my LGD from Unique over four months, and finally decided to delivered it to me. I had completely forgotten about the whole thing... Though they didn't bother to include any information about their analysis, or any other explanation, which would have been interesting. I have to tell them to send me their lab results from everything that they have seized within half an year (surprisingly lot of different supplements), but that's beside the point here, I will make a new thread about that, and rant about the local customs policies there, lol! :mad:

Since I now have a chance to try out how I get along with LGD (unfortunately I'm able to run Osta only for short periods and S-4 doesn't agree with me at all), and people seem to get great results with it, I will be testing it's recomp abilities with GW a bit sooner than I originally planned.

So atm. I'm running LGD @ 5 mg and GW @ 20 mg with my HRT, for 6-8 weeks. Goal is to get BF% as low as possible before beginning my next blast.

Squat rack is where its at man.. great way to loose weight, shock your central nervous system and grow all around. I do legs twice a week. Keeps you strong

4 WEEK RESULTS ARE IN!!

Starting Stats:
Height: 5'11
Weight: 242, LBM 207
Body Fat: ~ 16%

Current Stats:
Height: 5'11
Weight: 224, LBM 208
Body Fat: 10%

So, I have dropped 18 pounds, 6% body fat, and have put on a pound of muscle. Pretty impressive. I think I should add that I am the type of person that puts on weight very easily, and also loses weight very easily. I have basically already met my goals for this stack, and still have 8 weeks to go. Excited to see what happens when I bump the LGD and S4 doses.

Strength:
Flat Bench - Before 295 x 8, Current 300 x 8
Squat - Before 380 x 8, Current 380 x 8
Deadlift - Before 405 x 8, Current 430 x 8

Strength has gone up a bit, but those numbers don't really tell the whole truth. My muscle endurance is crazy. Reps just seem to keep coming.. especially when I do drop or super-sets.

Cardio:
Shit is crazy. Before I started this I did cardio, both HIIT and low impact.. but always dreaded it. Now I look forward to it. Have gone from walking a mile in the morning, to jogging a mile with no effort at all. HIIT cardio is a breeze. And I have been killing it on the basketball floor. Balls to the wall the entire time. There is actually a 5k run I signed up for that takes place later this month before Thanksgiving. Before this.. I didn't even like driving 5K.. now I am looking forward to running one.

Thats killer progress... I know im going to want to do an event like a 5k as well. I have a friend that is always trying to get me to do one. Lol, im sure there are other cats dosin GDub too at those events.. cheaters, haha. Ill cheat :big grin:

If there is no prize.. there is nothing wrong with cheating! haha. I am going to start doing a bit of endurance running this week. 2-3 miles a couple days a week.. nothing fancy. If I end up winning the 5K, the world might end.
 
Crazy how SS's GW affects so much so quickly. You notice the results very fast. I hate endurance cardio yet I'm able to do hours easily when on GW. It's good stuff!
 
I am only a little over 4 weeks in and I feel like one of those African runners that can go forever. SS is definitely top notch, with the highest quality and best reputation around. You get what you pay for.

Week 5 update

Everything is still going great, still continuing to drop weight and body fat. Down another 2 pounds and I am eating slightly above maintenance calories. I bumped the LGD dose up from 6 mg to 7mg, and S-4 from 50mg to 75mg. No real noticeable change there in my opinion yet. Have not experienced any vision sides from S-4 yet so that is good. Thinking about bumping the GW-50 dosage up to 25 or 30 mg to see if there is any change.

SarmSearch products are definitely the highest quality, I would recommend them to anyone. They have helped to dramatically change my physique in a short time.

Everything is still going great. I have found the happy medium with my diet and training so the weight loss has slowed down a bit. That is a good thing because I am already at 10%. Hopefully this will allow more more LMB gains while still getting a bit leaner. I have been reading about the LGD dosages and will be bumping mine to 10mg per day on Sunday. Also, didn't really notice much from bumping the GW dose up so I will back that back down to 20mg per day.

Workouts are still getting better, and my cardio endurance is straight up insane. Have been jogging 3 miles every morning with ease.. and increasing the distance a little bit each day. 6 weeks ago, just the thought of jogging a lap was too much for me to even consider doing it.

In the middle of Week 6 and everything is still going awesome. Weight has stabilized around 220. That puts me around 9-10% body fat. Will get that measured officially in 2 weeks. Also will be getting some bloods done to see how those look.

Had a slight set back this week though. Pulled my hamstring doing sprints, may have been pushing myself a bit too much.. if there is such a thing. The muscle is yellow and looks bruised so ya know it is for real. Because of that I will be taking a short break from cardio and leg training. Hopefully it will be back to normal in a couple weeks. Was looking forward to doing a Thanksgiving 5K run, but guess that will not be happening.

Now on a brighter note.. I set a personal record on the bench press earlier this week. Not a 1 rep max, but repping out 225 NFL combine style. Previously my personal best was 21 reps, which I was a lot heavier for, around 250. On Monday I got it for 26 reps, got it recorded to.. so maybe I will upload it to youtube and post the link here. The reps just keep on coming. I think being able to rep your body weight 20+ times is pretty impressive, so I am giving myself a pat on the back for that. Maybe next year you guys will see me playing for the Dallas Cowboys.

One more thing to add, I just ordered MK-677 from SARMS SEARCH. I am excited to be switching over to that. I have been running MK-677 from Great White Peptides. Not sure if it is legit or not, but since I know SS is the best quality out there, I am excited to give theirs a try to see if there is any better.

Everything is still going great. I have started referring to these as my magic pills. That's how great they are working and making me feel. The hammy is healing up good and should be back to running this week hopefully. I didn't have time to get officially measured, but will be getting that done on Monday. So I'll update then. This week has been a shitty week of eating because of Thanksgiving, and a family Christmas. I binged a bit on Apple Pie. Weight remains steady around 220. Think right now I'd be up around 230 because I am carrying around quite the food baby.

Also, if you have sleep problems, I'd advice trying out MK-677. Makes you sleep like a baby.

One more thing to add, I just ordered MK-677 from SARMS SEARCH. I am excited to be switching over to that. I have been running MK-677 from Great White Peptides. Not sure if it is legit or not, but since I know SS is the best quality out there, I am excited to give theirs a try to see if there is any better.

nice! let us know how the mk-677 from Sarms Search is. All the rest of their products are the best IMO!
