jbranken,
Thanks, I'm looking into that for down the road. I've been out of the game for a couple of years, so it's definitely cool to read about what is on the "bleeding edge" these days.
Mostly though, and for now, I'm just curious about the viability of SARMS (or any AAS) for the treatment of severe DOMS, 'cuz I've been researching and I see that there really is no proven treatment for DOMS.
In case anyone is wondering, I just got back into the gym last week, and I pushed myself pretty hard. I have the worst DOMS I've ever had. After 48 hours I was actually slightly worried about rhabdomyolysis, but thankfully (and knock on wood) it seems to have peaked between then and now. I was worried it would continue getting worse past the 72 hour point.
I've been trying creatine, hot-cold cycle showers, baths, antihistamines (yes, I read that somewhere), light stretching/massage on one side of the body, protein and carbs efore and after workouts, but nothing seems to be working.
(Then again maybe it would be worse if I'd been doing nothing. I can't be sure.)
Anyway, I haven't even reached for the NSAIDs yet. I'm mostly asking out of curiosity.
