I'm about to start gw-501516 and s-4 what doses should I start with and continue running through this sarms stack ?

Run the gw-501516 10mg a day, the S-4 should be ran at 50mgs, if you start having vision sides ,stop for 3 days or until the symptoms goes away then continue on 5 days on-2days off.

Yep, 10mg per day is the normal dose of GW though some will run 20mg for better fat loss. 10mg is good for the endurance aspect.

S4 normal dose is around 50mg, though some can run it higher without too bad of sides. I can run it up to 100mg ED myself with minimal sides.
