Hey there, everyone. Looking to start an 8 week cycle of Uniquemicals S4/osta and sarms1 GW. I was going to run S4 25mg twice a day, osta at 25mg once a day, GW at 10mg twice a day. I haven't really thought of a PCT yet. But most likely some nolva and clomid the day after my last dose of everything.
Little nervous about mixing uniquemicals and sarms1 stuff. But I have the unique stuff on board already (bought it over a year ago) and I never tried GW. Thought it'd be a good time to do all three at the same time!
Lifting is a mixture of power/cosmetic. Strength always came relatively easy to me, so I began to focus more on look for once... since I don't compete or anything. Right now i'm 5'7" 181lbs. Roughly 12% bodyfat i'd guess. I haven't done PRs in a long time, and never at the same time.
Deadlift - 395 x 11
Squat - 440 x 1. 365 x 10
Bench 305 x 1
Not looking to eclipse those numbers because my methods have changed. Really trying to lean up. My diet is borderline great to excellent. Lots of essential fats, low carb, high protein. I feel great eating like this and my body feels and looks different in only 1 1/2 months of eating like this. Before that (about 3 months strong), I was all high protein low carb, low fat. The good fat increase really, really helps.
Any suggestions, ideas?
