hey greetings

have got my order of lgd,osta,gw and sr9009--1bottle each

have mild gyno..still clearing .. and am on ralloxifen 60mg/day

looking to cut fat and have lean gains

have heard osta gausing gyno but don't know if with existing ralox everday it will still cause trouble

was planning to do an sr9009 alone 6 weeks and get rid of the fat(also aid in gyno clearing quicker due to fat loss) but was wondering if it would do anything for lean gains

can u pls help me with the planning..also want to use one product and add the other so that I know whats the reaction with each product

99.9% of the time, one bottle is not enough. That's usually a 4 week supply. You need a minimum of 8 weeks and 12 is better. Do you know the dosing? What size are the bottles and what's the dosing mg per ml?

one bottle each to ascertain the effects of these products

lgd 10mg/ml osta 50mg/ml gw 20mg/ml sr9009 20mg/ml---all 30 ml bottles

plan is to start sr9009 with 20mg divided in 4 doses and go upto 30mg divided in 6 doses

have mild gyno..on ralox so hopefully sr will help it eradicate faster thru fat loss

then add osta 12.5 mg..next wk 25mgs till the remainder..so must get 8wks

after pct then jump on lgd/gw cycle..

what do you think

Lgd has been known to cause suppression. I wouldn't use that after pct unless you want to run another mini pct after.
Why start off with half doses? Are you worried about the potential sides?
And yes Lgd is dosed at 10mg and GW at 20mg. So those will only last 4 weeks.
And I am not sure about SR helping get rid of gyno. It's not just fat built up. It's a different growth altogether.

ya saiyan it helps if you have less fat during gyno reversal

have gyno flare up every year..always when I put on fat due to reckless eating and alcohol abuse due to celebrations..this is without use of any aas..

have read up on recurring gyno and it is what it is..at 43yrs its not helping much either

have tried every protocol there is..but works best with serms alone while cutting on fat..ai creates a whole lot of other issues..ralox is better for hairloss than tamox although tamox works faster for gyno ..

have had success with serm and clen earlier..

yes sarms at low dose to assess how I deal with them..have weak digestion and may have issues

once I test the waters I can go fullfledged..

lgd wont do this time..after I do mini pct for osta ,give a break, then start lgd and gw..maybe till then I will call for more sr9009/osta(if not troublesome) and lgd to go 12wks

I've heard really good things about SR. That's one of the few I haven't tried. Actually starting mk677 this week.

Have you tried letro for the gyno?

yes everything from letro to adex to aromasin to tamox to ralox and everything clears it up completely..after 8/9 months they reappear mostly during winter end..i guess due to most parties and indulging that happen then

have taken tamox as long as 4 mths under endocrinologist supervision but came back mid winter again..ofcourse I was not working out and too many social events..

test shows in the range of 500 so even low test is ruled out as possible cause for gyno..

once tried a keto diet and in 2 weeks gyno resurfaced out of no where..

Ostarine can not, and it will not cause gyno. It does not aromatize into estrogen, nor is it a progestin. Therefore, there will be no gyno from ostarine use. However, this only applies to real Ostarine, as there are many ostarine products sold out there, which are in reality prohormones, and these do cause gyno. Where are you getting your SARMS from?

SARMS do not aromatize into estrogen and cause no prolactin related activity in the body. This makes side effects like gyno impossible. However, there are a lot of fake SARMS floating around on the market.

Do your research. SARMS can only be legally sold as a research liquid chemical. Any capsulated SARM is most likely fake or laced with a pro-hormone (which can cause gyno)
