SARM S4 and red blood cells?

I was wondering if SARM S4 has an effect on the number of red blood cells going up, since endurande is so much higher, then on S4?

I doubt it, basically the only reason I take S4 is because it doesn't mess with my ability to run for miles, when on AAS it murders my conditioning I feel part of the reason for this is the RBC count is too high making my blood thicker and harder to pump. Thats my theory anyway, its probably wrong. The point of SARMs are to be very specific and effecting very little outside of the muscle tissue itself.
