Well a friend of mine just gave me 2 tubs of the v12 creatine. I also have a big supply of ECA. I am trying to lean out right now and what do you think would be more beneficial?
I do muay thai kickboxing 3 times a week and I figure the creatine will let my workouts be more intense. I know you shouldnt take both since one is vasoconstricter and one is a vasodialator. What do you think will help me reach my goals faster.
