SAN V12: Dosing.

Hey all!
Couple of questions about v12.
1. How important is it to take it on an empty stomach? Problem is....I very rarely stop eating, and I'm finding it hard to find an hour where my stomach will be empty?
2. Can you stack V12 with Creatine? Anyone tried this?
 
You can take it on an empty stomach if you want, or with food. Depends on how YOU react. V12 is a form of creatine. It is for creatine non-responders. No need to add CrM as excess CrM will be excreted. Do you react well to CrM? If so, ditch the V12 and stick with CrM. It is cheaper and effective.

I Took This Stuff And In My Opinion It Sucked. I Had Much Better Results With Creatine Mono And A Nitro Sup. I Stacked The V12 With A Cee Sup. I Literally Started My Creatinemono/nitro Back Up Today. V12 Was Very Disappointing. Hope It Helps!
 
Well I'm in week 2...and so far so good despite constant interruptions to my training schedule.
I've gone up on most weights, and gained 2kg so far.
Will leave the Creatinemono for next cycle.
 
I started using it when I was in "Iraq" and it works for me.
The only draw back is that 5 minutes after taking it I have to
go and take a dump.

That happened to me the first time I took it, but it never happened again after that. Screw cee, I'm getting back on v12. I miss that stuff.
 
Try eating an hour and a half before you lift then take v12 30 mins before you workout. That way you have an hour break in between eating and taking the v12. Thats how I do it and it works well.
