San V-12 Turbo

I am wanting to take some supplements and I was wondering it they would be a good idea for a 15 almost 16 year old boy to take. The supplements that I am wanting to take are:

100% Whey Protien - Protien
San V-12 - Creatine
NO2 - Hemodilator
Countdown - Post Workout Shake

What I am wondering is if i should take all of these at once or in any combination of the sorts. Or just one at a time. I have the NO2 and the Countdown already.

They say that San V-12 Turbo has what NO2 is in it and I was worried if i took them both at the same time if I would get an overdose and in the long run end up hurting myself instead of helping.

If you have any advice that would great.

How is your diet? At 15 you are just beginning to gain. These supplements are simply that, a supplement to a good diet.

These are not going to make you big, no matter what the hype on them....train hard, eat well, rest, repeat...again and again. This is the ticket.
 
What I am going to start takeing in is about 250g of protien a day and about 3500 calories so that i can gain about 40 lbs for the next football season.
 
make sure to eat alot of brown rice, chicken, eggs, tuna, fruit and veggies.. you know. dont go overboard with say a protein meal and shakes at the same time. U can only absorb i believe around 50g of protein at a single meal. Anything more and u will be wasting. Also, the no2 nd the creatine take about 30-45 min before workout. i believe with the v12 u take again in 8 hrs. Just make sure u stay COMPLETELY hydrated

The body will use 1 gr. or 100 gr., whatever it needs. The body is smart, and will utilize for its needs.

Well its what i read from different posts on this site. But...
Get your daily total and divide it by the # of meals you consume, 6 meals

If you are say 180lb, X by 1.5g = around 270g of protien per day. divide it by 6 = around 40-45g of protien per meal.
