GinNJuice, you better stay away from Sams for a while, we'll be looking for you bud 
when the prices are broken down, some things are cheaper and some arent. The main reason I shop there is they have jumbo perdue chicken breast, 8 per pack, only place I can find them.

sams is the place to buy the bulk. it does come out cheaper too. i bout 18 very thick 90% hamburgers for 18$. In the grocery store I can get a pack of 93% meat and it makes 3 hamburgers (smaller than sams) and its about 3.50$. If I buy enough of that meat to make the 18 hamburgers I'd get at sams I'd spend about 25$ bucks
There are several things that are much cheaper at Sam's.
Beer and Wine: A 12 pack of Corona is $10.50, while it is between $11.99 and $12.99 retail.
Electronics: Their markup on televisions is about $10 - seriously. While the selection is poor, you can land a big-screen at cost if you go at the right time.
Jumbo Chicken Breasts: bag of 7 for $5.99
Beef: 5 NY Strips for $25
Canned Chicken (my favorite): a pack of 4 for $9. It's $3.30 a can at the grocery store.
Tires: very cheap, just don't get them mounted there.

Sams and Costco. If I wasnt, my chicken bill per month would kill me. I also get oats, brown rice, veggies steak, lots of everything. The deals on eggs are awesome.

Hell yeah, and I used to work there for a few years. That place was fun as hell! I used to work in the Freezer/Cooler and my co workers and i would take turns sleeping up in the Steel on Crates of Cheese and i would eat a lot of rice pudding after my 2 hour nap.
