"I Believe I Can Fly" is hilarious! I never watch the show, but I'm guessing his extreme bad singing is what's made him popular (kinda like how you can't look away from a horrible accident). Just look at the track lisitng:

Maybe while they're on a role of ridiculing immigrant chinese with thick accents -- perhaps for the next cd, they can pick some immigrant east indian with a thick accent and we can all laugh at him.

For next one, perhaps we can pick a mexican dude who sounds like speedy gonzalez.

99.999% i can guarantee you he sings like that on purpose. but the public is stupid and falls for it and really think he sings like that and is "trying".

What would REALLY be funny is if after his album sells alot and makes him millions, he reveals to the world that he speaks perfect english and has a fantastic singing voice, and this was all just a ploy to get noticed and try something different.

If that happened, I would have TREMENDOUS respect for him. :)

Until then, I think he sucks. :D
 
I don't think he knows what he's into. From what little i've seen him on TV, I would say he's boarderline retarded.

He's a graduate student in physics at a good school or something. He's one of those guys who is book smart but street retarded kinda. You know the type. Like a nerd.
 
I work p/t in marketing and advertising in hollywood. you'd be SURPRISED at how much stuff you see on tv is COMPLETELY scripted and fake. All those survivors, american idols, reality tv shows really aren't so "reality" as people think. There are actually people who still think Jerry Springer is all real!!! I shit you not! :)
