Sample Cycle for critique

Im 6'3" 250# about 18% BF, have done 3 cycles of mainly Deca and Sustenon in 2 years prior to this one I am planning here in a few weeks, gonna diet to lose some BF while on so kinda like a lean mass sparing cycle, what do you guys think...thanks in advance for any input


Weeks 1-10 EQ 400mg/week
Weeks 1-10 Anavar 30mg/day
Weeks 1-10 T-400 400mg/week
Weeks 1-10 WV oral 50mg/day
Weeks 1-10 Proviron 25mg/day
Week 12 Nolva 60 mg/day
Week 13 Nolva 40mg/day
Week 14-15 Nolva 20mg/day
 
taking anavar for that long can be pretty toxic...id up the EQ to 600mgs and run it for 2 more weeks and take 40 mgs Var weeks 11-14.....id also invest in some HCG for PCT
 
Too much unnecessary shit.

1st off, winstrol or anavar... pick one or the other, and if you pick the var you need to increase dose to at least 50mg/day. I wouldnt run winstrol for more than 8wks at a time, but that's your call. Proviron IMO is worthless for a man at less than 50mg/day. I'd do 600mg of the eq, but that's also your call. And I'd think about getting some hcg to help aid in PCT.
 
Its all about the diet if you want to cut BF, not the steroids. We dont you do a sustanon and eq cycle, with t3 for 10 weeks

I'm with Outlaw on this one, pick winny or var. Run it last 6 weeks, weeks 6-11. I would up the proviron and EQ. HCG for PCT.

250 @ 18%.....you're a pretty big dude!

I'm going to go out on limb and say, drop the eq. There are far better substances out there for sparing muscle. Personally I run tren/test/winny. Or just test/winny.

Your obvious problem here isn't the correct combination on AAS its your lifestyle/eating habits.

If you were to do it right, I'd get down to 225-230 before cycling. Get your BF down to 12%. If at that time you want to get leaner but not loose muscle, cycle, if you want to add muscle, cycle, but cycling at a high bf, is not the way to go IMO.
 
The 18% BF is just a guess, based on some guys at the gym and comparisons. I am a big guy, my lifting for most part had been for college football and strength not for looks, now my main concern is looks, shape, symmetry, cuts and keep some size. measurements are as follows:
-Waist 36.3
-Shdrs 57
-Chest 52
-Biceps 16.5 (cold)
-Thighs 25.5
-Calves 17
Should I look to be on a cycle while cutting to spare the muscle I have....thanks again
 
The only reason I thought it would be a good idea to diet before the cycle, is so you can really see the effects of the AAS. IF you ARE 18% at 250 you are carrying an extra 45 lbs of body fat. Loose 20 and you are around 10%. I'm not sure how fast you can loose 20 lbs. My guess would be 2 months/10 wks. You'd be finishing your cycle right when you are starting to look good. From your measurements It looks as if you keep your bf on your chest and stomach.....me too. At 10% is when I think I start looking good.

But in answer to your question yes that cycle would preserve muscle while dieting. I would think that 250 test with 50 winny would be just fine to preserve.
