Sample cycle for 1st time

K fellas, here are the ingredients. Dont tell me to get something I dont have because this is what I got, and thats gonna have to be good enough for this time.

Test only cycle

1-10 = 500mg test e per week
12-14 = 150mg per day of Clomid
15-16 = 50mg per day of Clomid
12-16 = 40mg a day of Nolva

How does this look? Also note that PCT doesnt start until 2 weeks after last injection of Test E. Is that too long or too short to wait?

One more question, what if I was to substitute Sustanon 250 for the Test E? Would the cycle change at all, or could I keep it the same and just run the Sust @ 500mg a week?

Your thoughts are much appreciated.

test only is fine, and no it doesnt matter if you switch sust for the enth. either way run it at 500mg a wk.

Looks pretty good. Only thing I would change is keeping the clomid at a constant dose. 50mg ed and the nolva at 20mg ed. That should be sufficient for that cycle. Do you have an AI? Switching to sust probably wouldn't make that much differance but if you did I would do the same dose as the test e dose that you were going to do.

Thanks guys. Just another question, between Test E and Sust250, which would you say is overall better? I thought the Sust might be since it has several diff length esters. But im no chemist, lol. Still learning here...

add dbol at 50mg/ day for 1st 4-5 weeks and winny at 50mg/day for last 4-5 weeks. also eq at 600mg/wk throughout cycle.

dont add dbol for a first run, you dont need it.

run sustanon @ 250mg eod (about 1g a week) and have an AI on hand. NEVER run clomid at 150mg ed for any reason, you will have such bad sides, blurred vision, headahces, not good man. run 50mg ed for 4 weeks when your done with the test
