Sample CKD.

Im 5"9" 190 and 15% bodyfat. Is this a good sample day for a CKD.

Meal 1: 6 whole eggs
Meal 2: (PWO) 1 scoop of whey
meal 3: 5oz. ground turkey
meal 4: 5oz. ground turkey
meal 5: chicken thigh with skin
meal 6: chicken thigh with skin

Once i hit keto i would throw in some green beans. This might be completely horrible, so sorry im just trying to learn this whole keto diet idea. I've only done a pretty standard 40/30/30 p,c,f before.

The CKD is a 70% fat 30% protein diet during the week. Generally for every 1.5-2 grams of fat you consume, you eat 1 gram of protein. Gymratforlife started a thread and got some sample diets I think. One from NYCGirl.

Well gram for gram it should be pretty close to 1:1 because fat is much more calorie dense being 9 cals per gram and protein being 4 cals per gram. My ratios right now as far as calories go are about 50/50 according to fitday. If i throw a few tbs of flax oil that should help get the ration closer to 70/30. My main thing right now is trying not to go over 2300 cals and still get these ratios.
