same weight for atlest 4 years

yeah so ive been the same weight basically for 4 years thats 138 range sometimes ill go like 141 but ill go right back down to 138 why that because i have to muscle i tryed to lift and gain some but it never works for me I am wondering if anyone can help me here give me a name of a supplement or anything thats not injected that will help me gain muscle ?

Eat like the horse you'll be riding in the Derby.

At 138 you need to eat...period. Eat at least 150g of protein a day and all the calories you can, as long as you're lifting (about 60-90 minutes, 4 times a week) you'll see your muscles explode. Don't worry if you put a little body fat on with it, you can shed that later.

It's simple physics, you can't grow unless you consume the calories to support that growth.

post your diet, I bet you don't eat enough to grow...
 
sup thats not injected, lets see for a 138lb'er id say thats sup would be food.

if you are big on shakes try cutting the shakes out and use real food
 
I do eat like a hose but I have a fast metabolism and I run allot so i mainly have leg muscle. plus I push around a 100 pound spreader around up and down 40,000 sqf lawns every days .
 
my diet mainly pot roast, turkey mac and cheese, pizza, sometimes allot of pasta, spaghetti, apples, only water no other type of liq. allot of the times Ill eat allot of spicy Spanish food rice beans little bits of stake chopped up. and If I cant get any of that stuff I eat everything and anything I can find. Chinese food rarely rarely ill go to fast food and thats only to taco bell.
 
If you run a lot it will interfere with your growth. Cut back to 3 miles, 3 times per week.

After you put on 20lbs you can increase your running again to lean down.
 
Dont run at all, if you walk all day thats enough cardio, just eat anything and everything drink 4 hi cal shakes a day along with all the food and you will grow
