I lost 10lbs in 4 days. Wanted to commit suicide during the whole process and would NOT recommend it. Atleast not with the crystallized. The shit is brutal.

Well, I can tell you that I have gained the weight back but I am leaner. Not worth it in my opinion but everyone is different. I do recommend you do the powder and NOT the crystallized though. Make sure you get the supplements required.
