Safety Reasons..read this !!

ok bro's just wanted to let u know I went through a pretty scary thing..in and out of hospital, cat scans and MRAngeograms, Spinal Tap..etc...all caused by a headache in the gym...the reason for this thread is simple...

DO NOT FORGET TO BREATHE CORRECTLY WHEN LIFTING !!

this sounds foolish, but I and several MD's thought I had and aneurysm in my head, and your perspective on life changes when u are sitting down talking to your g/f or parents about possibly having brain surgery....

And because AAS cause hypertension...hypertension causes arteriosclerosis..which means excessive volume in your arteries cause them to deteriorate prematurely..which in turn can cause aneurysm's and strokes !!

now I am not writing this to scare anyone, but with getting caught up in so much in life we forget the little things...and I had an awakening of those little things as I layed in the hospital...this is not to say i am gonna stop juice..but try and say safe with your cycles...and do not forget to breathe..b/c all of that pressure in your head can really explode !!

Fortunately for me I had a couple popped blood vessels and no Aneurysm, but it is very possible that it could have been one !!

Was this condition caused by a 1 time event of not breathing correctly, or years of not breathing correctly?

We all have to remind ourselves to breathe correctly from time to time.

Actually straining related aneurisms are not all that uncommon, happens often while taking a shit.. that's how Elvis died. It is also true that AS use does cause hypertension and can put you at greater risk.

Additionally failing to breath right can lead to both hernias and the word no BB likes to talk about hemmeroids!
