While were on the subject, has anyone heard of somebody actually getting busted because the feds found a non-secure email? Something like that would have to come out in court and would be a matter of public record.

It just seems to me that the NSA doesn't give two shits about roids (and they could decipher anything regradless) and FBI uses carnivore for counterterrorism and narcotics trafficing. The DEA doesn't use email searches from what I know. With the lack of communication between agencies, realistically what are the chances of being caught?
