like i said before bro, it depends on how much money he sends. if it's over a few thousand dollars then you'll need a picture id even if you have the password already. (i don't remember the exact dollar amount though).
also, if the feds or cops are onto you do you think they'll just let max repp pick up the package/money without saying anything to him? for example, let's say there's a controlled buy from an undercovered cop. you give him instructions to send money to max repp with a certain password that only you and him know. it wouldn't be hard for this undercover cop to tell his buddies in the agency to watch you and wait for you at a wu location. once you pick it up giving the teller the password that only you and him know about you're screwed. if you don't use a password and just your picture id you're also screwed. but most likely you won't be arrested on the spot, just video taped because they'll want to catch you in the act of selling actual stuff.
you will be arrested for receiving money in connection with a steroid or whatever deal. if you claim that it was not you and you're only helping someone then you'll be arrested for conspiracy to distribute and also mail fraud.
