They handle so much damn mail everyday that they can't possibly check everything, or even most of it. They also get less scrutinized by customs when ordering internationally.

Why do you say UPS? I've heard they are the worst along with fedex.

USPS is NOT bad on domestic orders... but UPS is superior.
