I have done extensive reading on these products and prohormones in general.
But I need to know some opinions as well as what the guys from AX would recommend. I have found many articles with regards to PCT but none really mention what you would supplement with before hand to prepare your body for this cycle.
I plan on running PP for 3 weeks at 10mg, 20mg, 20mg. I plan on taking milk thistle roughly 2 weeks prior, take it during as well as after the cycle (PCT). Now I have PP, Retain and Rebound, I was told not to take Perfect cycle as the milk thistle I will be supplementing with will essentially do the same job. Ive read a few threads on this forum but none of them seem to cover everything from beginning to end. Again keep in mind I just viewed this site today.
So essentially what im asking, I plan on running 10, 20, 20. I would like to know, aside from the milk thistle, the increase in food consumption and water intake, what should I supplement with (and it what amounts) to ensure this remains a very safe cycle (as safe as possible of course). Keep in mind I have Retain and Rebound as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
