Hey guys. 22 yrs old, 15% bodyfat, 5'11, 185. 1st cycle.
Here's what I ended up with. I wanted to play it safe with the gyne, while maximizing the gains from the test. Any glaring flaws or suggestions that come to mind?
weeks 1-10: 500mg of test-e
weeks 1-10: 25mg proviron per day
week 11-12: working out hard, clean diet, 300iu hcg per day for 10 days (Also heard that this should be started in the 10th week of the test-e?)
Weeks 13-14 40mg nolvadex per day
Weeks 15-18 20mg nolvadex per day
10mg a day until back to normal
