Hey guys...whatever happened to SAF? I haven't been around for a while, just wondering if he still posts here or anything? That guy had the craziest back I've ever seen! He was built better than anyone i've ever seen.

Enough of that shit...So how has your stupid ass been? I thought I read a while back that you were through with Elite, and weren't gonna be posting here anymore?!?! What the hell was all that about?
Anyways, my guy is gonna resend, so I'll have those 2000 in a couple weeks

The Bouncer is still around but mostly at the currently being worked on Musclezine site. You really should check it out, but I believe it is down right now.

Damn, I'm surprised people still ask about me. I've been very busy over the last few months. I was planning on competing again for a show this past November, but then I changed my mind because I had more important things to take care of. I got myself into a really nice apartment, which I purchased, I'm glad to say, and the entire ordeal lasted almost 4 months, but it was well worth it.
I think I'm done with AS, and I mean it. I've been off for about 4 months now, and I'm very happy with the way I look. I still look defined and striated. I'm not as cut as I was during the spring of this year, but it's not everyday that you're staking 5 different AS, hehehe. My weight has actually remained almost unchanged, which has never happended to me in the past when I came off. I'm convinced that my body changed forever from the shock I subject it to during the preparation for the competition in June.
Using AS on and off for the last 5 years is enough. I had some blood work done this week and my creatnine levels were very high, not a good sign. My doctor attributes this abnormality to one of two things; either my kidneys are not functioning properly, or, my small frame has too much muscle on it, and the high levels of creatnine are a result of that. (I'd like to think the cause is due to the latter reason, it's always nice to know someone else thinks you have too much muscle, hehe)
Anyway, I'm still training hard, still eating well. It's funny because I still prepare my meals for work, just like I did when I was getting ready for my show ...good habits never die, I guess.
