Saddle Bags...

My wife is wanting to target the saddle bag area...Her body looks great except for this area...What can she do to work on this part of her body? She has a good diet (needs to eat more often with little portions tho...) and she just got started on CLA...

So far she is working on squats, deads, and sprinting...Any advice? We work out about 3 times a week...

She can review her diet & make sure that it is really clean. Also check out carb rotation (search on "spatts cutting diet". Carb rotation worked great for me. And also do the training as you mentioned -- those should all be great. But remember the main thing is that you really cant' spot reduce. She is predisposed to have alot of fat cells in that area and as she reduces her bodyfat, it will reduce proportionately around her body. So the ol' saddle bags will be the last part to really look like they are going down, even though by that time she may start looking really ripped on those areas that have proporationately fewer fat cells.

Just keep chugging away and dont' get discouraged. Look for the changes in the areas where body fat reduction will show first to get that feelign of actually accomplishing bf loss, and eventually the remaining parts will show as well. Patience & consistency will get results!
