?'s about first cycle

I am about to start my first cycle...yeah I'm a 'newbie' but i have been reading and searching and have decided on sust 500mg/week. Injecting on mon/thurs. I am 6'0" 180 and about 10-12 bf%. I would like to gain at least 20 lbs but I dont really want to get above 15%bf. Is that realistic? I'm planning on eating about 4000 cals/day, i have researched the keto diets and know they arent good while on gear but what do you think would be the lowest amount of carbs I could take in a day without gaining fat. I am also willing to do cardio and was wondering if that would hinder my gains or if I did it in the morning, on an empty stomach, would it only be burning of the fat? Thats all I can think of at the moment that I havent be able to answer using the search. Sorry for the long post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am only going to take sus 500 this cycle, if I gain more bf then I will prob do a cutting cycle later on....

you should not gain to much bf on that you could gain 20lbs but may not keep it all hope fully you do have clomid and nolvadx and how much protein are you eating.
 
Looks like your all set to me. The cals may be a tad too high depending on your metabolism, the cardio ya do etc. If you find your BF creeping up cut out a a few hundred cals and take it from there.

Do you think that doing doing light cardio 3 times(30 mins) a week will keep me from gaining as much muscle. I understand the sweating might take some of the water weight away but if it will effect muscle gains then I wont do it. I know this might be different in every person but I am just wonder what you opinions are. Thanks

Its not like your doing a huge mass cycle or anything your cardio shouldnt affect anything but cal consumption which you can tweak as you go. Do you by chance have any idea how many cals you consume now?

I am not Zyg but IMO cardio is a must on or off cycle even if you are bulking as it helpes keep the heart healthy. 20-30min a day 3 times a week at a medium pace is a good amount and I don't feel it should have any effect on muscle growth

Zyg-I could only take about 1800 over the summer b/c of work but I have worked up to 25-2700 a day since I am back at school...I posted a while back and it was sugested that I increase about 300-400 cals a week which I have been doing. I am about a week away from starting my cycle so I have a chance to take it to 3000 by then and keep on upping after that depending on bf% like you said-hope that answers your question???

M18-yeah I know what you mean about doing cardio all the time, I have gotten used to doing cardio to the point where it feels weird not to do it. thats why I was wondering if it would be ok to keep on doing it while trying to gain as much as I can.

What up bro? I got your same stats, and am going to go on my first cycle as well- as soon as it gets here:D . I'm going to run 500mg/Sus/wk, 400mg/Eq/wk, and 100mg WinnyEod. Gonna look like this:

1-10- 500mg/Sus
1-12- 400mg/Eq
6-12- 100mg Winny EOD
follow with clomid therapy

You sound like you've done your homework, keep us posted and good luck my man.:beer:
 
nothing much bro, thanks for the good word. I'll keep ya posted...Im waiting on my gear too...Hopefully I will be able to post some b4 and after pics if I look respectable enough compared to the huge mofos on this board. LOL.
