Rye Bread

Hmmm.. Nutritionally, Rye Bread looks pretty decent.
Tastes good too.

Would this be a better option for someone trying to lose weight then a whole wheat / multi-grain bread?

Everyone talks about Ezekiel bread, but I can't freakin find it.
When I put my postal code into the store locator on the site all it says is its not sold within 150km of me.

try the freezer section of your local super markets. or the freezer section of an organics market. my local acme and food lion have it.

if you like cooking get a bread maker and make your own with all the good stuff. i used a food grinder and ground my own whole oats and wheat once and made a bread from scratch. best bread i ever had but it was a pain in the ass.

Hmm.. Didn't think about getting a bread maker.
That sounds like a good idea. I'm going to look into getting one.
