Ryan will be on hand from 5:00-7:00 PM to talk to fans about benchpressing.
He will also have copies of his new book for sale, signed, for only $15.

Directions to Sports Nutrition Center:

Take I-5 South to exit 294, Tigard exit, which puts you on Pacific Hwy going west.

Stay on Pacific Hwy until you reach Hwy 217.

You'll drive over Hwy 217, go 1-2 blocks, and turn into the shopping center on your right.
