Anyone have a contact at the site? 3 weeks since I paid and order is still pending. Last 2 emails to them are unanswered. Don't want to bitch yet, but I want to know what is going on.
pretty sure you should just PM Needto. that definitely doesn't sound right. possibly some error in the payment system. I'm sure Needto can sort it out.
