Don't know where to put this. Tried ordering some things from them $166.00 worth of products. Did not get the discount from the coupon code. I did get billed for the product through an Alert Pay email. Did not get any kind of shipping notice or anything of any sort except that I was billed for the product.

Mods...can move this if they like. I didn't know where to put it or who to ask for assistance. Tried using Rx Health Drugs Online help...but did not get a response.

You should be able to see your order under your account you created or already have.

Thanks...the order is showing up...but I don't believe I received the discount. Is there a way to check on this? I did open a ticket with Rx. Sorry...new to your company. Sorta learning my way around how things work with your web site etc.

The ticket I opened is FEL-213874
