I'm really liking this for my Post Workout drink. The serving size (5 scoops) is meant to be made with a gallon of whole milk and drank periodically over a day or two or three. I mix PWO, two scoops with water and drinkit all.

Before this, I was using Big Blast which I love and got from Orbit. Last I checked Orbit was out of Big Blast and didn't cary Russian Bear. I needed something in a pinch since I'm on cycle and this meets my calorie needs and preference for no artifical sweetners.

Good product, Orbit you should look at carying stuff from Vitol.

I've used that stuff and it tastes pretty good. But as a muscle builder, it's pretty weak. LOADS of sugar! BIG BLAST is in another league.

That's why I only use it PWO. I want the carbs, I'm on cycle right now so I'm not worried about it. I love Big Blast too, just wanted to note I thought this product was pretty good.
