I'm really liking this for my Post Workout drink. The serving size (5 scoops) is meant to be made with a gallon of whole milk and drank periodically over a day or two or three. I mix PWO, two scoops with water and drinkit all.
2 Scoops equals
Calories - 1040
Fat (MCT's) - 18.4g
Carbs - 156.4g
Protein - 73.6
I like their ingredient list too:
Ingredients
Three Stage Carbohydrate Mix (Glucose Polymers) Containing Complex, Medium Chain, And Simple Carbohydrates, Pharmaceutical Grade Protein Blend Consisting Of Non-Fat Milk Solids And Hydrolyzed Egg White (Albumin), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Vitamin, Mineral, And Liptropic Mixture (Which Includes Kreb's Cycle Complexes) Yohimbe Bark, Eleutherococcus, Crystaline Fructose, Sikadeer Antler Powder, Schizandra Chinensis, Inosine HXR, Colostrum, Boron, Chromium Picolinate, Natural Chocolate Flavor.
• Natural Formula
• No Preservatives
• No Artificial Sweeteners
Before this, I was using Big Blast which I love and got from Orbit. Last I checked Orbit was out of Big Blast and didn't cary Russian Bear. I needed something in a pinch since I'm on cycle and this meets my calorie needs and preference for no artifical sweetners.
Good product, Orbit you should look at carying stuff from Vitol.
