make a desision bro, get big or get cut. sometimes when your getting big while getting cut, you loose size. For example, that little big of fat you have on your ams, gives you like an extra inch of pump which looks good. But when you start to diet, cardio and you start to loose the fat on your gut, some of the fat on your arms is lost too. Even though your muslce is not lost, and your strength is high, that little big of fat gives you volume, and then you start to get paraonid and depressed, (at least I do) because you think your getting small. Its all in your head bro. Before you can have 23 inch arms ripped shredded, you need to do a hell of a lot of training and steroids. I think you'll be ok with the cardio. Just superset arms before you hit the nightclub that night..lol..good luck
