running while on steriods good or bad

ok i am going to be talking test400 and winny 50mged if i do a lil cardio like 3 times a week every over day will that be bad because i dont want to lose my size on the test400. or should i run when i finish the test and start on the winny???? thank you guys
 
Distance running in general is incompatable with training for size. 3 miles or less per day probably will not hurt you but once you start going for runs that are more than an hour long, your body releases cortisol which catabolizes muscle. That's what causes the typical "runners" build with no upper body.

That being said, I run 5 miles, 3 times/week because I enjoy it and it keeps me fit. I definitely notice that this makes it tougher for me to bulk up but I'm not looking to compete in body building. I just lift heavy weights (low reps) 3 other days a week and I've been able to continually add muscle and strength while still running.
 
make a desision bro, get big or get cut. sometimes when your getting big while getting cut, you loose size. For example, that little big of fat you have on your ams, gives you like an extra inch of pump which looks good. But when you start to diet, cardio and you start to loose the fat on your gut, some of the fat on your arms is lost too. Even though your muslce is not lost, and your strength is high, that little big of fat gives you volume, and then you start to get paraonid and depressed, (at least I do) because you think your getting small. Its all in your head bro. Before you can have 23 inch arms ripped shredded, you need to do a hell of a lot of training and steroids. I think you'll be ok with the cardio. Just superset arms before you hit the nightclub that night..lol..good luck
 
I have often pondered the same thing. I thik as long as your not distance running you will be OK. I do a fair amount of cardio myself. Doesnt affect my size. I think of my football 2 a-days. We did SERIOUS cardio, juice and ALL got huge.
