Ok being away with the military for a while i didnt get to lift to much and I drooped several pounds and put on some extra bodyfat I'd rather not have.Moneys tight so I'm running just SuS, since I responded quit well to straight up SuS cycle in the past.Now my question is I have 10 rediject I was going to do one shot a week but do you guys think it would be better to take two the first week to load up and than just continue with the one shot a week???
